Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, display name, optional phone number, country and avatar.

Usage data: screenshots you upload, matches extracted from them, analyses, predictions, notifications, support messages and payment records.

Technical data: timestamps and status information needed to run and troubleshoot the analysis pipeline.

To authenticate you, run analyses you request, keep your prediction history, apply plan limits, deliver notifications and answer support requests.

Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be used to describe overall platform activity and model behaviour.

Uploaded images are stored in private storage. They are accessible to you and, for support and quality review, to platform administrators. They are not published publicly.

You can delete your uploads and predictions from your account areas; deletions remove them from your history.

Database access is enforced with row-level security so each account can only read and write its own records. Administrative access is limited to accounts explicitly granted the admin role and is recorded in an audit log.

AI providers process the contents of a screenshot to extract match information. Payment providers process transactions. Football data providers may supply match statistics. Only the data necessary for each task is shared.

API keys and provider secrets are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser.

You can update your profile, export or delete individual records, and request full account deletion through support. Account deletion removes your profile, uploads, analyses and predictions.
