Terms of Service

AxisPredict is an analytical tool. It reads football match information from images you upload, identifies the matches where possible and produces statistical estimates across common football markets.

The platform does not place bets, take stakes or act as a bookmaker, agent or financial adviser.

Every prediction, probability, confidence score and risk level is an estimate produced from incomplete information. No output is a guarantee, a tip, a fixed outcome or a promise of profit.

Historical accuracy figures describe past behaviour of the model and do not guarantee future results.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person; do not share access.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, fraudulent payment activity or attempts to bypass usage limits.

Do not upload content you have no right to use, attempt to reverse engineer the analysis pipeline, scrape the platform, resell outputs as guaranteed tips or use the service to break the law.

Automated or excessive requests that degrade service for others may be rate limited or blocked.

Plans define daily and monthly analysis limits. Paid plans are billed through third-party payment providers; the platform never stores card details.

Where a payment provider is not yet connected, plan changes are recorded as pending and activated by an administrator once payment is confirmed.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, limits, plans and content may change, and maintenance may temporarily interrupt access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxisPredict is not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on outputs from the platform. You use the analysis at your own risk.
